Getaway to Phuket 06 February 2011

Day 2
We had an early start of the day, had breakfast@ ZES7 (not sure whether its meant to be zest or like 7ven), anyways; they had unlimited pancakes;crepe,waffles;poached 3ggs;scrambled 3ggs. I had loads of 3ggs kept asking the chef to cook for me. Headed back to our room to grab our bags but we were locked outside becos of card key problem. Just when i applaud them for their hospitality THIS happens. I went down twice to the reception to get it fixed.
Booked another local tour with Island Hopper. http://www.phuket-islandhopper.com/mainp
Long transfer ride out to their beach & 1hr motor boat ride to the 1st beach. Every destination can choose to do snorkeling/swimming or relaxing at the beach.
the boat we took~
we "hopped" about 5-6 islands~! i kept swimming from island to island.
i dint really snorkel cos i kept having breathing problems with the mask on~ Luckily i had goggles.
The water was super clear; u can get to see them.
yeah cute looking fishes; people were feeding them with bread;banana;pineapple;watermelon etc.
They ate everything/anything in their path. THEY BITE :( (mistaken identity i was a piece of bread)
that guy looks like he is wearing his underwear~?
beach chairs rental by the local folks to the tourists.
Had our lunch at the beach (bbq skewers).
Outside viking cave. Cant explore the place already as ppl were stealing bird's nest.
see that hut; it's our guide's house.
manage to catch a glimpse of sunset~
reached our hotel at around 9++ headed to turtle village for dinner.

I really ❤ Phuket a very good place when in need of a serious getaway from crowds. (thou the price is abit on high side)
The family and I took flight from silk air in the afternoon; It takes about 1hr ++ to reach there. The time there is 1hr backwards from our local timing. We were staying at JW marriott vacation club as they had offer a promo. in order to encourage membership sign-ups. The hotel & hospitality was fantastic. Cater bicycles,exercises (morning pool exercises,taichi etc) even scuba diving in their own swimming pools.
DAY 1
Take a look at our room. With a room like this i wont mind staying for months~ fully equipped with all your needs (even dryer; washing machine and cooking utilities)

We manage to get concierge to book local tour@Fanta sea. It's a cultural theme park with live show + buffet dinner.

HATCHED where all the "screaming" 3ggs are located.
&& their website is too cute to be missed.
Tucked away at evans lodge somewhere near NUS & i heard that there's a famous prata shop up ahead.
it was a PH so there was a crowd but the wait wasn't tat long. Hatched serves breakfast all day long!!
